First time running outside this year. 4 miles not bad
What really funny is that I have been off my diet for about 2 months now and my body is actually reacting better than it was in the diet. I have more energy, im stronger, and my distance running has actually improved. Im thinking I wasn’t taking in enough calories, but its hard to do that since im on the road most of the year and eating right is just isn’t gonna work for me. Yes I have lost some of the cut I had in my mid section which is the area I want to improve on but my arm s and legs are doing better than before. We’ll see how it goes. Feeling good, feeling great!
